I utilize evidenced based treatments and will tailor treatment to meet your specific goals and needs. I am a certified provider in the gold standard trauma treatments of EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I also have expertise in the following treatments: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, ACT, and Collaborative Assessment and Management of Risk.

I utilize Emotion Focused Therapy when working with couples.

Extended Administrative Support, 15 min increments…………$50

I can meet administrative support service requests that require more than 15 minutes, including extended phone support, special letter requests, and external documentation needs. I welcome being able to discuss your needs and provide a quote, as needed.

Treatment Funding for Veteran and Military Community.

I am a clinical partner for The Headstrong Project. The Headstrong Project is a non-profit mental health organization providing confidential, barrier free, stigma-free PTSD treatment to veterans, service members, and family connected to their care. The Headstrong Project will fully fund 30 cost-free sessions with me. Treatment can continue as long as needed. For sessions 31+, the client is responsible for a co-pay.
