How do I become a client at strength-Based Psychological Services?

Thank you for your interest in my practice and for having the courage to reach out and get the help that you need. I look forward to the possibility of working with you. Generally, the first step is to participate in a short phone consultation with me so that I can ask some basic questions about your situation, briefly discuss your treatment needs and goals, and answer any questions you may have.

What are your session fees?

Do you take insurance?

I do not accept insurance but welcome being able to serve as an out-of-network provider for you. Please consult your insurance company to be sure you understand what your insurance options and benefits are. I can provide you with a receipt, if you wish to submit a receipt for service to your insurance company for possible partial to full reimbursement.

What is your Cancellation policy?

Clients are welcome to cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 48 business hours in advance. I recognize that circumstances outside of your control may come up. For this reason, the first time a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, there will be no charge for the missed session. Following this first instance, clients will be responsible for the full session fee if they miss or cancel their appointment less than 48 business hours in advance.
